Overview

Professor Kagamu of Saitama Medical University has revealed that immune profiling which is comprehensive analysis of immune cells is effective for research on cancer immune therapy, but data analysis is a bottleneck in this profiling research. Therefore, from 2021, we are developing and operating the first immune profiling automation system, "rippleT" to quantify or visualize the immune status of individuals. We have been trying to license-out our technology to pharmaceutical companies.

Phenotypic drug discovery and cell manufacturing optimization based on whole gene expression profiling with the world’s best accuracy

Overview

We conduct (i) phenotypic drug discovery and (ii) cell manufacturing optimization using our transcriptome technology with the world’s best accuracy:
(i) As whole transcriptome can detect influences of drug treatments on the cells comprehensively, we select novel compounds with high efficacy and low toxicity, and predict the mechanism of action.
(ii) By analyzing transcriptome of cells cultured under a variety of conditions, we select optimal culture media which maximize functionality and productivity of the cells.
