Overview

We work with the City of Kobe to support KBIC’s activities and help
build a future for new medicine for the world through the activities of our three centers (IBRI, TRI, CCD) to provide supports ranging from R &D seeds to business creation.

    IBRI is engaged in research and development aimed at a society of healthy longevity, focusing on five research fields. It also operates an advanced breeding facility for experimental animals which researchers in and outside of FBRI can use with its professional support. TRI promotes translational research as a public ARO. CCD promotes integration and collaboration with companies, research institutes, universities, medical institutions, etc., and is working to build a consistent support system and promote the international expansion of KBIC.
